I run a blog and a YouTube channel called AdoraHack where I share content on Software Engineering, Productivity and Career Growth.
Adora: Teleportation would be nice. I like to travel but I hate long flights. I love to visit people/places but I hate traffic.
Adora: Mixing music, hosting games nights, singing.
Adora: Helping children get access to basic education.
Nenne Adaora Nwodo (who fondly likes to be called Adora), is a Software Engineer based in Lagos, Nigeria. She currently works at Microsoft where she builds cloud services and high-value experiences related to Artificial Intelligence and Mixed Reality.
Adora: I love the amount of impact I make at my job.
Adora: I don’t know if it’s the biggest challenge, but Information Security is a very important problem.
Adora: I’ve found a way to balance both work and life. I’ve also been very intentional about it. I set work hours and I work from a room different from my bedroom.
Adora: I find Quantum Computing and The Cloud very exciting. I wouldn’t call them future tech because they are here. I write a lot of C# and Typescript and I use Azure for everything.
Adora: My talk is titled “Accessibility in the Context of Mixed Reality” and it will cover the concept of mixed reality and why it’s important to build experiences that can be enjoyed by different types of people.
Adora: I’m excited about speaking to all of you about an area of tech I find exciting and I’m also excited about seeing the interesting things you build!
